[Remote] Senior QA Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a San Francisco Bay Area startup building an intelligent, reputed company-connected home automation platform. They are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to implement high availability for their products, focusing on reputed company and automation testing to ensure reputed company across various systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Embedded system testing (monitoring cameras)
- IOS & Android app tests
- Server testing (API + AWS serverless architecture + working with logs - AWS cloudwatch, loggly, reputed company, etc)
- ML detection testing (possible PR/RC model estimate/validate)
- Covering regression + new feature testing for every release cycle (we release every week)
- Updating test documentation according to reputed company changes
- Prepare QA reports
- Tracking issues in Jira
- Work with Jira metrics (number of resolved issues in the sprint, spent time, Jira release notes, etc)
- Possibility to reputed company to automation is a plus
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company testing
- Strong experience in automation testing for frontend as reputed company as backend functionalities
- BS/MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Python and Java
- Embedded systems understanding
