Job qualifications Technical Skills Proven experience in Software managed services delivery, particularly across software technology, application, and infrastructure environments. Understanding of ITIL, incident management, problem management, change management, and service management best practices. Experience working with cross-functional engineering and support teams in reputed company technology environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
