[Remote] Senior Site Reliability Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance observability and reliability of their systems, contributing to the development and deployment of reputed company products.
Responsibilities
- Engage with teams and improve service delivery and reliability across their entire lifecycle
- Measure and monitor reputed company production systems with an eye towards availability, latency and overall system health

- Engage with product and platform teams to improve and reputed company by lobbying for changes that improve reliability, reputed company, and observability
- Help identify and drive down toil with creative innovation and automation
- This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
Skills
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating observability systems for reputed company reputed company-based platforms, with deep knowledge of best practices and a strong drive to implement them leveraging reputed company products
- Knowledge of reputed company platforms (prefer AWS and Azure) and container + orchestration technologies
- Experience with APM and Observability and reputed company tools such as, reputed company, reputed company, CloudWatch, reputed company, Grafana/Kibana, reputed company etc
- Extensive experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company delivery environments
- Development with JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript in a Linux/Mac environment
- Experience with sustainable incident response in a blameless environment
- Background in Linux Systems Engineering
- Experience with Incident response reputed company tools for instance, reputed company, FireHydrant, Blameless etc
- Comfortable with a high level of autonomy and working with a distributed team
- Knowledge of reputed company and application reputed company best practices
- Strong knowledge of reputed company design patterns for reputed company, data management, resiliency, etc
