[Remote] Business Operations Manager, Technical Support Ops

The Business Operations Manager will partner with the Technical Support organization to drive operational reputed company and support strategic decision-making through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Technical Support leadership to reputed company strategic narratives and executive-reputed company presentations that communicate business performance, key priorities, and operational reputed company
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks that reputed company core business metrics—such as CSAT, time to reputed company, and cost to serve—and synthesize findings into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Translate reputed company data and operational trends into reputed company, compelling stories that inform strategic reputed company and drive alignment across the organization
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Technical Support, Product, R&D, Sales, and Business Technology teams to reputed company on priorities and execute on key initiatives

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level presentations and reputed company that convey a reputed company, compelling narrative
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently reputed company, interpret, and synthesize data to support decision-making
- Comfort and previous experience using AI tools for analysis, content reputed company, and workflow automation
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without reputed company authority
- High degree of independence and intellectual curiosity — reputed company to take a loosely defined problem and return with reputed company, rigorous thinking and actionable recommendations
