[Remote] Digital Ad Operations Coordinator

As a Digital Ad Operations Coordinator, you will manage the campaign delivery lifecycle, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly and meet their goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Management to reputed company and validate creative assets, tracking tags, and campaign timelines
- Translate campaign requirements into reputed company, actionable instructions for the trafficking team
- reputed company campaign trafficking and setup, ensuring accuracy and alignment with reputed company specifications
- reputed company final reputed company assurance checks prior to launch
- Monitor campaign delivery and pacing across channels (e.g., display, programmatic, reputed company reputed company)
- Analyze performance against KPIs like impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion, and spend pacing
- Identify underperforming or at-risk campaigns and work with leaders to recommend adjustments to improve delivery

- Conduct daily pacing audits to ensure campaigns are on reputed company to deliver in full and on time
- Proactively flag risks (underdelivery, overspend, performance gaps) and assist in outlining mitigation plans

Skills
- 2+ years in digital marketing, ad operations, or campaign analytics
- Ad Serving / OMS: reputed company Ad Manager, Order Management Systems
- reputed company Media: reputed company Ads (or similar platforms)
- Analytics & Verification: reputed company, Parsely, reputed company, Tableau (or comparable tools)
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Sheets (pivot tables, lookups) with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights
- Ability to translate technical details into reputed company, concise updates for cross-functional teams
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and a proactive approach to catching and resolving issues early
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and/or outsourced partners is a plus
- Interest in leveraging automation or AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
