The Associate Chief Financial Officer – Service Lines provides executive leadership for financial operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and strategic objectives while overseeing budgeting, cost reputed company, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provides guidance to facility and service line finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices, controls, and reporting standards
- Oversees financial planning processes including the development of annual budgets, capital plans, and multi-year forecasts that support the health system’s goals and priorities
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, internal audit requirements, and external financial reporting obligations
- Partners with service line leadership to evaluate strategic reputed company opportunities, business cases, and ROI analyses for new programs, partnerships, and service expansions
- Promotes financial literacy among operational leaders by interpreting reputed company financial information and developing user-friendly tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Leads system-wide cost reputed company and productivity initiatives, ensuring accurate unit cost information to support service line profitability, clinical margin improvement, and operational decision-making
- Identifies and implements financial and operational process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize resource utilization
- Oversees financial due diligence, reimbursement modeling, and financial integration for reputed company, acquisitions, and affiliations
- Provides strategic direction and executive reputed company of Budgeting, Cost reputed company, Financial Reporting, and Decision Support across the reputed company

Skills
- Bachelors (Required)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of reputed company reputed company finance leadership experience, including reputed company of budgeting, cost reputed company, and financial reporting functions

- Master's degree in Business Administration, reputed company, or reputed company Finance preferred
