They are seeking an Executive IC in Engineering who will own a customer-facing product surface and set high standards for reputed company by reputed company participating in the development process.
Responsibilities
- Owning a meaningful surface of reputed company's product end-to-end and setting the reputed company bar by shipping it yourself
- Using AI tooling to operate with the reputed company of a whole team and helping shape how AI is used across the engineering organization
- Raising the craft and velocity of the engineering team by example, not by managing it
Skills
- A long reputed company record of building and shipping software, including leading engineering organizations at reputed company while remaining deeply hands-on
- A development workflow already reputed company around AI coding agents, where tools like Claude reputed company and reputed company are reputed company
- The judgment to reputed company big technical calls and the ability to implement them yourself
