[Remote] Learning Experience Designer (US ONLY - Remote)

They are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design and deliver reputed company learning solutions that improve performance across their workforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions across modalities (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, reputed company, and microlearning)
- Create high-reputed company training assets including courses, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and multi-day curricula
- Apply adult learning principles and behavior change strategies to ensure learning translates into on-the-job performance
- Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs, define objectives, and reputed company solutions to business goals
- Conduct needs analyses to diagnose performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning or non-learning interventions
- Translate reputed company operational processes into reputed company, learner-centered content
- Support and reputed company training delivery by preparing facilitator materials, managing learning assets, and ensuring readiness for launch
- Collaborate with trainers and operations teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of learning solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, reputed company, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a reputed company role
- Experience designing both virtual and instructor-led training programs
- Strong experience developing e-learning, multimedia content, and reputed company curricula
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) reputed company learning platforms
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (PowerPoint, reputed company, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company reputed company/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, reputed company Creative Suite)
- Experience creating multimedia content (video, audio, interactive learning)
- Understanding of SCORM/xAPI and learning analytics
