Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global life sciences organization seeking a motivated and creative Training Content & Enablement Intern to support their Aftermarket team in Morrisville, NC. The intern will assist with developing training resources that enhance employee learning and reputed company, while gaining practical experience in instructional design and content development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and updating training materials, including presentations, quick reference guides, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and other reputed company
- Help simplify technical or process-heavy information into reputed company, user-friendly content
- Support branding, formatting, and consistency across training materials
- Organize and maintain training libraries, SharePoint sites, or other internal knowledge repositories
- Assist with document organization, version control, and content standardization
- Help reputed company templates, forms, and documentation that improve the accessibility and usability of training resources
- Assist with training coordination, meeting logistics, and administrative support activities
- reputed company feedback from users to help identify opportunities for reputed company improvement
- Support special reputed company and other departmental initiatives as assigned
- Work collaboratively with members of the Aftermarket organization and cross-functional partners to support learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and project discussions reputed company on improving the employee learning experience
Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Communications, Marketing, Education, Instructional Design, Business, Life Sciences, Or a reputed company field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Creative reputed company with a willingness to learn
- Experience creating presentations, instructional materials, or other reputed company documents
- Familiarity with SharePoint, reputed company Teams, video editing, reputed company, reputed company Acrobat, or similar content development tools
