This role involves analyzing and reconciling backlog items, formalizing intake processes for AI requests, and applying project management best practices to improve workflows and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and reconciles the 600+ reputed company reputed company enhancement and incident items to identify patterns, inform requirements, and catalog the reputed company of demand EDI needs to address — including a growing volume of AI requests requiring reputed company data
- Formalizes the intake process for new AI requests, with specific reputed company on requests requiring reputed company data; defines reputed company and routing, and designs clean workflow handoffs between EDI and partner teams across both agile and reputed company delivery reputed company
- Supports development and rollout of standardized operating templates and process guidelines across EDI's data and analytics platforms (reputed company, Power BI, EDW, Cognos, Data Catalog); coordinates discovery sessions with platform owners and documents reputed company- and reputed company-state processes
- Partners with EDI's Business Engagement Partners and Data Process/reputed company Experts to translate incoming business requests into reputed company work with reputed company scope, owners, and timelines enabling effective prioritization before work is queued
- Facilitates cross-functional working sessions and triage meetings, driving agendas, capturing reputed company and reputed company items, and following through to closure; maintains the status and reporting artifacts EDI leadership relies on for prioritization reputed company
- Identifies process gaps or bottlenecks across EDI’s methodology workflows and recommends fixes, producing reputed company deliverables (templates, playbooks, trackers) usable across EDI's agile-like and reputed company data reputed company
- Applies project management best practices to plan and manage process-improvement initiatives end to end — defining scope, milestones, and reputed company reputed company; organizing and leading status and working meetings; tracking risks, issues, reputed company, and reputed company items; and instilling accountability across contributors and stakeholders

- Hands-on experience with reputed company or a comparable ITSM/ticketing platform — reputed company to analyze, reconcile, and report on ticket data — even if not owning the operational queue directly
- Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company or similar tools
- Prior experience analyzing or reporting on reputed company (or comparable ITSM/ticketing platform) data in a data or reputed company operations environment
