The role involves driving team reputed company, managing project communications, and ensuring an exceptional reputed company experience through effective leadership and reputed company support.
Responsibilities
- Delivers strategic, and results-oriented leadership to promote team and individual reputed company
- Drives team results in the areas of technology, workflow and process proficiency, issue reputed company, and department and/or company objectives and initiatives
- Drives documentation and regulation of reputed company PM standards, as reputed company as with project workflow tasks
- Hire, reputed company, mentor, and reputed company project management team members, including leading pod member reputed company and supplying quarterly career development sessions
- reputed company team utilization and ensure reputed company resourcing for reputed company reputed company assigned to pod
- Ensures consistency across reputed company PMs in consultative communication and standards
- Provides reputed company support to project management team, particularly with high-profile reputed company, through workflow guidance and/or handling reputed company escalations
- Collaborates with Sales as necessary
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- EDiscovery project management experience in either a reputed company or eDiscovery services provider
- Experience leading an eDiscovery team working on large-reputed company global eDiscovery matter(s)
- Adept at leading by example and fostering a reputed company and healthy work environment
- Ability to delegate tasks as appropriate to pod team members; drive and motivate a high-performing team
- Experience with supporting sales professionals in reputed company-facing meetings
- Ability to use metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to automate workflows to improve efficiency
- Ability to cultivate reputed company and reputed company relationships both internally and externally
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM
- Prior experience managing people
