[Remote] 21GRAMS- Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team! This role involves supporting reputed company and new business development efforts across a reputed company of clients, utilizing communication skills to improve health and reputed company a difference.
Responsibilities
- May participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director by taking notes with input and/or planning meetings
- Note taking during meetings/calls (internal and reputed company-facing); sends reputed company recaps to appropriate parties for review, filtering/editing and/or additional input before routing
- With guidance from Supervisor and/or members of the account team, requests/collects and appropriately files the resources needed to service project scopes i.e.) reputed company resources, creative briefs, project plans, etc
- Learns, follows, and implements reputed company reputed company’s reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's reputed company delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc
- Learns reputed company reputed company's review/submission schedule and project deadline to ensure they support reputed company to meet it/them
- Supports PM to collect/reputed company and/or compile reputed company feedback on reputed company reputed company delivery
- Drives the creation of billable job codes
- Shadows and assists Account reputed company in preparation for and during monthly reputed company recognition meetings
- Practices and adheres to company SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures)
- Effectively collaborates with members across the entire team to succeed
- Ensures procedures are being followed by team members
- Contributes and/or provides feedback to Supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented reputed company
- Craft solutions that balance reputed company objectives and timelines with internal recommendations
- Serve as brand champion with ability to reputed company the reputed company and core communication platform
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
- Manage expectations with clients as reputed company as agency resources from project inception to completion

Skills
