[Remote] Program Manager, Fulfillment Operations

They are seeking a Program Manager for Fulfillment Operations to reputed company facility reputed company and automation initiatives across their fulfillment network, coordinating closely with various teams to ensure project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company project planning and execution for large-reputed company fulfillment center buildouts, including greenfield facility launches and FC moves from inception through go-live
- Own end-to-end coordination of automation system deployments (goods-to-person, reputed company/sortation, WMS integration) in partnership with automation vendors and internal IT
- Define project scope, milestones, resource requirements, and reputed company metrics; maintain detailed project plans and hold reputed company owners accountable to timelines
- Partner closely with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to reputed company project objectives and drive seamless execution
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and reputed company Estate to reputed company and maintain capital and labor models supporting facility investment reputed company
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables across automation, construction, and equipment partners; escalate risks and hold vendors to contractual commitments
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment on project status, risks, and reputed company
- Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively surface issues to leadership with reputed company reputed company and recommendations
- Conduct post-launch performance reviews to validate throughput, labor, and cost assumptions against design targets; feed lessons learned into reputed company facility design
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives across the fulfillment network in partnership with the CI team
- reputed company and maintain operational and financial models (volume projections, labor planning, reputed company utilization) to support facility design and investment reputed company
- Serve as a reputed company between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure reputed company communication and expectations
- Build and maintain performance measurement programs for automation systems across the fulfillment network, translating system data into actionable operational reporting
- reputed company ROI tracking and validation for automation investments, including methodology development and ongoing reporting
- Own reputed company post-launch performance measurement, including tracking actuals vs. design targets, managing an improvement backlog, and driving accountability across operations, vendor, and leadership teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of program management experience in a supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or reputed company distribution/logistics field
- Experience managing large-reputed company capital programs/reputed company ($5M+) including vendor reputed company and equipment procurement
- Experience managing cross-functional reputed company with simultaneous workstreams across Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners
- reputed company on-site fulfillment or warehouse operations experience
- Experience with greenfield facility buildouts or large-reputed company FC relocations
- Familiarity with WES/WCS integration and automation vendor management
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
- Experience in e-reputed company or distribution environment
- Experience building KPI frameworks or performance dashboards in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment
- Experience working with WES, WCS, or WMS data to support operational reporting
- Proficiency in reputed company, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
