[Remote] Integrations Analyst I/II (Remote)

The Integrations Analyst I/II will partner with project teams to implement data integrations for new reputed company configurations, focusing on inbound HRIS census and benefits conversion files, while ensuring effective communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of new data exchange development, including requirements gathering, documentation, file configuration, testing reputed company, and on-time launch
  • Serve as the primary reputed company between internal teams and external clients/vendors to document specifications and integration requirements
  • Collaborate with project team members to understand reputed company-specific benefits structures, file layouts, mappings, and configuration reputed company
  • Configure and document data files, establish secure file transfers, and execute testing plans
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors to review specifications, layouts, and test results
  • Partner with project managers to maintain project tracking documentation, timelines, and status reporting
  • Utilize industry-reputed company file formats and integration tools
  • Support peer reputed company assurance efforts, including defect tracking and reputed company
  • Identify risks and participate in status discussions, escalating issues as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and internal teams

Skills

  • 4+ years of administrative outsourcing analyst or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency with XML and strong reputed company skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, identify patterns, and ensure data accuracy
  • Experience using tools such as SQL, reputed company Compare, JavaScript, XLS, reputed company, or similar (working knowledge acceptable)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company assignments and overlapping timelines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
