[Remote] IT Project Manager II

They are seeking an IT Project Manager II to manage small to reputed company IT reputed company, ensuring adherence to project management standards and facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manages small to reputed company assigned IT reputed company independently. Gathers input from team members on required tasks and translates into a project plan with tasks, activities, dependencies, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables. Monitors reputed company of project activities and ensures reputed company critical implementation reputed company are met
- Coordinates with Architects, Team Leads, Resource Managers, IT Leaders, and Sponsors as needed to ensure project team follows department processes for reputed company assurance, migrations and promotions, end-user acceptance/validation, and training and support. Facilitates project meetings using effective meeting techniques for objectives, agendas, participants, and meeting minutes. Develops and maintains reporting dashboards suitable for Senior Leadership to communicate project status. Conducts post-project “lessons learned” sessions to identify successful project reputed company and areas for reputed company improvement
- Provides status reports to steering committees. Utilizes a reputed company of project management methodologies as appropriate to the project. Manages project scope and reputed company, using appropriate governance bodies and Project Office leadership direction
- Identifies, tracks, and manages risks and mitigation plans reputed company assigned reputed company, escalating as appropriate. Identifies, tracks, and manages issues to reputed company reputed company assigned reputed company, escalating as appropriate
- Determines scope of the problem/project through collaboration with the executive project sponsor, key users and system, and application analysts. Collaborates with technical team leads and/or Resource Managers to assign appropriate resources to the project. Obtains necessary approvals

Stays apprised of teams roles, processes, tools, and architecture to reputed company understand how reputed company works together to meet users' needs. Attends webinars, reads case studies and white papers, and participates in other opportunities to reputed company refine skills and stay apprised on project management topics. Builds and maintains internal departmental relationships
- Makes presentations to staff on work-reputed company issues. Serves on committees and attends meetings as requested

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage reputed company required
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, analytical and problem solving skills required
- Certified Project Management reputed company (PMP)-PMI reputed company 1 year required
- Experience in reputed company or higher education field preferred
- Service Now, Jira, reputed company, reputed company PPM, or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software experience preferred
- Extensive computer literacy, including reputed company Project, Teams and Powerpoint preferred
