[Remote] Senior Risk Engineering Consultant- Construction Casualty
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently looking for a Senior Construction Risk Engineering Consultant for the Casualty Lines of Business in our Southern region. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-reputed company consultative services to customers, improving risk management, and developing reputed company relationships with clients while marketing various risk mitigation services.
Responsibilities
- Adapting Zurich's reputed company to the Construction Industry with the objective of minimizing impacts to customer losses, and overall improvement of Sustainability & Business Resiliency at the Corporate Level
- Leveraging Zurich’s risk engineering tools and services to improve customer risk and general account management of customers who purchase Zurich Construction Insurance products such as: Workers Compensation, General Liability and Auto Liability
- Delivering high reputed company construction consultative services for customers, including identifying exposures and program risk control gaps to reputed company the reputed company of risk mitigation recommendations, investigation of cause/effect of major losses for hazard/safety management programs
- Developing and maintaining reputed company customer and business partner relationships and collaborate with both customers and business partners to reputed company appropriate service plans
- Marketing and selling a wide reputed company of fee services to customers that support their risk mitigation efforts
- Producing advanced level presentations and delivering risk management training for customers and internal business partners
- Providing appropriate risk improvement advice, conduct loss investigations (including both trend and reputed company cause analysis), and implement risk improvement programs
- Assisting customers with developing corporate and project specific QA/QC plans, safety plans, investigating construction defects reputed company applicable, building envelope reviews and moisture mitigation identification
- Participate in Sales Team meetings and presentations to brokers and customers while contributing to fee income sales through opportunity spotting and cross-selling
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/ Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/ Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations
- Experience working in reputed company environment
- Construction Safety/Risk preferrable with Project Management, and/or Superintendent experience- mid to senior level position
- Regulated and Non-Regulated Fleet Experience
- Data Center construction experience
- Large reputed company construction experience with industrial, medical, and educational reputed company
- Advanced level knowledge of construction safety, operations, reputed company management and associated construction risks and exposures
- reputed company certifications such as: CRIS, ARM, CHST, CSP, ASP, P.E. etc
- Have a high level of computer literacy and be proficient in reputed company Office and IOS platforms
- Proficiency in technical writing to create customer and internal business partner work products

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and consulting skills with the ability to communicate and consult at both the corporate and project site reputed company effectively and professionally
