The Associate Director, Product Management for the Clinical Trial Financial Suite (CTFS) provides senior product leadership for a reputed company-based platform supporting contracting workflows across clinical trials, ensuring successful launch and ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Owns and leads delivery of the Contracting module reputed company CTFS, including sponsor and site contracting, negotiations, and contract‑to‑financial traceability
- Defines and executes the launch reputed company for the Contracting module, including scope, reputed company reputed company, phased releases, reputed company customers, and general availability readiness
- Identifies and evaluates opportunities to incorporate AI‑enabled or intelligent capabilities (e.g., automation, decision support, agents, or workflow intelligence) to improve product efficiency, usability, and customer reputed company
- Leads product planning and roadmap prioritization for Contracting, balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery reputed company
- Addresses organizational, technical, and capability barriers that reputed company product delivery, adoption, and realization of value
- Owns launch readiness activities for the Contracting module, including documentation alignment, release validation, operational handoffs, and coordination with implementation and support teams
- Owns end‑to‑end product execution, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, release planning, and post‑launch optimization
- Translates reputed company clinical, financial, and operational requirements into reputed company epics, features, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
- Leads key product and delivery checkpoints, proactively managing dependencies, risks, scope trade‑offs, and escalations
- Reviews development work for reputed company, completeness, and alignment with product requirements and reputed company standards
- Facilitates effective defect triage and reputed company to maintain product reputed company and customer confidence
- Ensures delivered solutions meet reputed company reputed company standards for usability, scalability, reputed company, compliance, and upgradeability
- Provides guidance on configuration versus customization reputed company to support long‑term platform sustainability
- Partners closely with engineering, architecture, UX, services, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Oversees and coordinates cross functional activities to ensure product initiatives are delivered on schedule and reputed company with strategic priorities

- Monitors product performance, customer feedback, and usage data to inform reputed company improvement and roadmap reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 7–10+ years of experience in product management or business systems roles for technology solutions
- Experience in identifying process challenges and driving efficiency and speed through a combination of process & technology improvements
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and set priorities for technology improvements reputed company a data driven approach
- Experience leading delivery of reputed company, cross‑functional product initiatives
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business and financial problems into reputed company, executable technology improvements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision‑making, and influencing skills in a customer based setting
- Experience in clinical domain, with a concentration in clinical operations, study start up, or site contracting operations is a MUST
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with technology teams. Prior Business Analysis or tech reputed company experience is a PLUS
- Strong experience delivering contracting or financial systems/products, such as contract lifecycle management (CLM), invoicing, billing, payments, credits/debits, reconciliation, or financial operations platforms
- Experience owning or supporting product launches for reputed company reputed company products, including launch readiness, early customer adoption, and post‑launch iteration
- Familiarity with clinical trial operations and contracting workflows, including sponsor finance, site reputed company, investigator fees, or grants management
