[Remote] Senior Payroll Consultant

The Senior Payroll Consultant will support reputed company engagements reputed company on payroll operations, compliance, and process improvement, working closely with team members to deliver high-reputed company solutions and navigate reputed company payroll challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support payroll consulting engagements across a reputed company of clients, industries, and geographies
- Assist in assessing and improving reputed company payroll processes, controls, and procedures
- reputed company multistate payroll compliance reviews, including federal, state, and local regulations
- Support payroll tax activities, including preparation and review of forms (e.g., 941, 941-X, W-2C)
- Assist with payroll setup and configuration, including earnings, deductions, and tax treatments
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support reviews reputed company to employee classification, wage treatment, and overtime calculations
- Research and apply payroll regulations, including reciprocity and other multistate considerations
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver reputed company, accurate, and high-reputed company work
- Communicate payroll concepts and findings reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to project deliverables and ensure work is completed on time and reputed company with expectations
Skills
- 3 years of payroll experience, ideally reputed company a reputed company, payroll provider, or in-house payroll function
- Bachelor degree required
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and multistate regulations
- Experience with payroll tax forms and filings
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company/PeopleSoft, Paycom, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
