Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the design, configuration, and delivery of reputed company and reputed company workstreams reputed company full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), reputed company, and post‑go‑live support
- This role serves as a functional subject matter expert in reputed company reputed company reputed company (ORC) and reputed company, including requisition and candidate management, job application flows, offer and hiring processes, reputed company journeys, and preboarding workflows
- The reputed company partners closely with HR, reputed company, and business stakeholders to translate hiring and reputed company strategies into reputed company reputed company solutions reputed company to best practices, while facilitating design workshops, supporting testing cycles, and resolving functional issues
- Additionally, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with reputed company HR, Talent, and Learning modules, supports reporting and analytics needs, and develops documentation and training materials, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-reputed company delivery of end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle and reputed company experience solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field reputed company to this position or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
- Ability to solve reputed company problems creatively with strong critical thinking
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with reputed company-based reputed company solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to reputed company results and issues to internal and reputed company teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with reputed company or other internal project teams
- Canadian citizenship is required for TN reputed company travel to the U.S. as needed
