[Remote] Fulfillment Analyst

The Fulfillment Analyst role is responsible for disseminating confidential information, ensuring compliance with deal requirements, and assisting clients with the solicitation of reputed company reputed company for transactions. Responsibilities
- Interpret capitalization tables and write data import instructions
- Read and carry out the steps provided in the instruction letters for the release of escrow funds
- Formulate the appropriate processing reputed company according to the type of deal or request

Skills
