[Remote] Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will work closely with the COO to manage operational priorities, ensure project execution, and improve processes across reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the COO to manage agency-wide operational priorities, ensuring reputed company are moving, blockers are surfaced, and follow-through happens

Skills

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Experience working closely with senior leadership, ideally a COO, founder, or department head
- Familiarity with OKRs, quarterly planning, team scorecards, or business operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward follow-through
- Ability to work cross-functionally and hold people accountable in a reputed company way
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, changing environment
