They are seeking a reputed company Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reputed company-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability for their software development and data science teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement reputed company infrastructure on GCP using infrastructure as reputed company
- Manage reputed company networking components including VPCs, load balancers, DNS, reputed company Router, NAT, and firewall rules
- Manage and optimize reputed company compute resources including GCE instances, reputed company Run, and reputed company services
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as reputed company Actions or reputed company reputed company Build to support reliable, repeatable deployments
- Design and maintain observability infrastructure including metrics collection, log aggregation, and dashboards to surface actionable insights for engineering and research teams
- Implement and maintain reputed company and compliance controls appropriate to a regulated reputed company research environment
- Manage reputed company services including backup and disaster recovery
- Support deployment and maintenance of internal applications and their underlying infrastructure
- Champion containerization best practices and support containerized workload deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company infrastructure and deployment issues
- Create and maintain reputed company technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
- Stay reputed company with reputed company technology trends and evaluate new tools and approaches relevant to the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in reputed company engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a closely reputed company role
- Strong proficiency with GCP; equivalent experience with AWS or Azure will be considered
- Linux administration and comfort working in Linux-based environments reputed company reputed company line
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as reputed company with Terraform and or reputed company
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions, reputed company reputed company Build, or similar)
- Solid understanding of reputed company networking: VPC design, load balancers, DNS, NAT, and firewall rule management
- Hands-on experience with metrics collection and building operational dashboards
- Experience scripting or automating infrastructure tasks in Python or a similar language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to produce reputed company technical documentation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company a cross-functional team
- Experience in a reputed company or life sciences environment; working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
- Experience with GCP-reputed company observability tooling (reputed company Monitoring, reputed company Logging) in reputed company to reputed company/Grafana
- Experience with reputed company IAM best practices and reputed company controls (VPC Service Controls, service accounts, least-privilege patterns)
