Responsibilities

Skills
- 5-10 years of product management experience, with substantial reputed company on telecommunications products
- 5+ years of telecommunications industry experience, preferably in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms
- Advanced or expert knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including:
- DID management systems and processes

- VoIP protocols and technologies (SIP, RTP, QoS, and encryption)

- Number porting and provisioning
