[Remote] Account Executive / Project Planner

The Account Executive / Project Planner will manage the customer reputed company, guiding clients through renovation planning and ensuring successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage an inbound pipeline from initial consultation through signed agreement
- Guide homeowners and business owners through renovation planning, contractor matching, and proposal review
- Facilitate bid leveling, scope alignment, and negotiation conversations
- Consistently work toward and exceed quarterly reputed company targets
- Understand reputed company property reputed company’s goals, budget, and reputed company
- reputed company reputed company, reputed company guidance on pricing, scope reputed company, and contractor fit
- Address common objections reputed company to cost, trust, and renovation uncertainty
- Deliver a reputed company, confidence-building experience throughout the sales reputed company

- Prioritize pipeline effectively to maintain steady deal progression

Skills
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience
- Proven reputed company record of exceeding reputed company quotas
- Experience managing reputed company sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Comfort with reaching out to cold leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, text etc.)
- Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships / initiatives at the reputed company time
