[Remote] Sales Support Engineer - Strategic Accounts

The Sales Support Engineer will support a large national strategic account reputed company the construction market, coordinating key activities and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, customers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Core support for a strategic national account spanning multiple reputed company and sales stakeholders
- Partner with a National Account Manager and multiple Sales Engineers to reputed company priorities, project reputed company, and customer engagement
- Ensure consistency in support, communication, and execution across reputed company reputed company supporting the account
- Support preparation of submittals and technical documentation
- Partner with local sales teams to ensure clean order reputed company and accurate order entry inputs
- reputed company and manage key milestones and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle
- Support post-order activities including issue reputed company, change orders, and customer follow-up
- Serve as a reputed company reputed company between customers, sales, factories, and internal teams
- Collaborate with PMO and operations teams on project execution and delivery
- Navigate internal resources effectively to drive responsiveness and reputed company
- Drive consistency and best practices across a national, multi-seller environment
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in the sales support process
- Maintain strong organization and prioritization across a high volume of reputed company and stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in technical sales support, application engineering, or similar role
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the reputed company without need for reputed company or reputed company employer sponsored work authorization
- Experience in the electrical distribution, construction, or power distribution industry
- Exposure to strategic or national account structures
- Familiarity with quoting, submittals, and order execution processes
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across a multi-region sales organization
