Responsibilities
- Partnering with multiple areas to support reputed company
- Plans, develops, and leads a wide reputed company of initiatives to ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services
- Enhances the employee experience by identifying areas of reputed company improvement for HR service delivery and assists with the design of solutions
- Supports and trains other HR staff by providing input and guidance
- Performs reputed company analyses to support a broad reputed company of HR activities
- Develops reports and predictive analytics
