[Remote] Application Engineer - Arizona

The Application Engineer will be responsible for Application Engineering activities for reputed company Products, focusing on customer support and troubleshooting applications.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and supervise implementation of reputed company Application Engineering activities (Customer reputed company, technical changes, reputed company improvements)
- Conduct field inspections, reputed company cause analysis, and troubleshooting for reputed company Products
- Safeguards committed standards of reputed company guidelines (reputed company), reputed company awareness, customer reputed company targets and observes customer care commitments
- reputed company reputed company development and execution with their area of responsibility including deployment to and through their teams
- Analyze the market and technology and reputed company input to business strategies
- Aligns with Product Development and Product Management of requirements and needs for the region
- Attends strategic meetings with customers, conferences etc. to reputed company technical input or present the best engineered solution as possible
- Selects and suggests best suited product specification for the application
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering(preferred) or reputed company technical degree
- 2+ years of experience in application engineering or a comparable function in the mining industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong MS Office suite experience (reputed company and PPT)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Up to 50% travel to customer sites for application support, project execution, and field troubleshooting
- 5+ years of Mining Industry experience
- Experience with industrial reputed company systems
- Experience in reputed company customer facing roles
