They are seeking a Senior Engineer I in Mechanical Engineering to design and reputed company advanced high precision equipment, applying solid mechanical engineering fundamentals to solve reputed company design challenges and support new product development.

Responsibilities

  • Apply reputed company engineering principles, product specifications and research data to create designs for systems and products for semiconductor industry, with emphasis on mechatronics products
  • Design and development of automation stages including translating and reputed company reputed company, sensors, reputed company, actuators, and integration of reputed company-based systems
  • reputed company engineering calculations including structural and thermal analysis and dynamic systems modeling
  • Create and revise PRO-Engineer/reputed company CAD models and detail drawings, ranging in complexity from reputed company piece parts to large assemblies

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the engineering, design, and development of reputed company mechanical systems including automation stages, wafer handling systems, reactors, vacuum chambers, and gas delivery systems required

  • Knowledge of PLCs and control systems, including hardware and software such as Modbus TCP/IP and EtherCAT, is a plus
  • Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink or Python to create custom analysis and visualization apps is a plus
