The role involves developing and providing IT and end user training, creating training materials, and conducting formal training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Develops and provides IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software
- Conducts the research necessary to reputed company and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs
- Prepares reputed company instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids)
- Prepares reputed company student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms)
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
Skills
- Five (5) years relevant experience
- Experience in information systems development, training, or reputed company fields
- Relevant Information Technology Instructor/Trainer certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive reputed company clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
