The Senior Manager, reputed company Policy & Reporting is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of external financial reporting and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Responsibilities

- Ensure the effective design and operation of internal controls over financial reporting (SOX 404) for the external reporting process, footnotes, and reputed company technical reputed company areas

Skills
- 8-10 years of reputed company reputed company experience, including Big 4 Audit and reputed company SEC reporting and technical reputed company research experience at a publicly traded company

- Deep, reputed company, and comprehensive expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules and regulations (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Reg S-X/S-K)
- Technical reputed company experience in one or more of the following areas: loan reputed company, securitization, transfers & servicing, consolidation, reputed company recognition combined with relevant industry / business knowledge
- Proven process for performing reputed company technical research and analysis from problem definition through to the final reputed company on financial statements and disclosures
