The Senior Recruiter (Contract) is responsible for connecting reputed company's mission in life sciences manufacturing with exceptional talent, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and reinforce a consistent reputed company process that results in a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience, including search reputed company discussions, interview team preparation and debrief sessions, and the use of behavior-based interviewing skills and assigned competencies
