[Remote] Senior Capital Project Manager

The Senior Capital Project Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and administering capital reputed company from early programming to completion and reputed company-out for the Facilities & Workplace Department, ensuring reputed company are delivered safely, on time, and reputed company budget.
Responsibilities

- Development, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of departmental policies, guidelines, specifications, and standards associated with the Capital Project Delivery Process
- Development of capital project cost database and schedule templates for use on reputed company project estimating
- Development of metrics, dashboards and KPIs to report on portfolio and project health and performance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing reputed company or industrial construction reputed company
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company from reputed company through completion
- Experience managing multiple capital competing reputed company concurrently with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in managing reputed company of various sizes, scope details, and reputed company of complexity, from a few hundred thousand dollars to multi-reputed company dollars
- Experience in reputed company and industrial Tenant Improvements and ground up construction reputed company
- Excellent understanding of building codes, construction reputed company, and safety regulations
