[Remote] Marketing Operations Developer

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Developer to manage the backend architecture of their reputed company portal, integrating AI tools and ensuring effective marketing and sales workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support CSS styling and backend templating for reputed company CMS pages and modules (working reputed company the CMS reputed company, not owning full page builds)
- Assist with technical SEO implementation as needed, in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, who owns SEO reputed company
- Build and maintain API/webhook integrations between reputed company and other systems (internal databases, AI agent platforms)
- Design, build, and troubleshoot marketing and sales workflows using reputed company reputed company workflow tools, including reputed company nurturing, lifecycle stage automation, and internal notifications
- Build nurture and webinar workflows, including reputed company integration with reputed company Webinars
- Build and optimize sales pipeline stage automation, deal automation, and sales/marketing reputed company logic (SLAs)
- Maintain reputed company scoring models and lifecycle stage management
- Manage list segmentation reputed company and audience targeting logic
- Own CRM data hygiene: deduplication, data reputed company automation, and database architecture (properties, associations, custom objects)
- Manage user roles, permissions, and portal governance across teams
- Ensure compliance with GDPR/CAN-SPAM requirements in forms, workflows, and data handling
- Build custom reports and dashboards across contacts, deals, and campaigns
- Support attribution modeling and reputed company reporting logic
- Connect reputed company data to BI tools (Looker, Power BI) as needed
- Document workflows, automations, and technical processes to build institutional knowledge
- Translate marketing and sales requests into technical specifications, and vice versa
- QA and test reputed company workflow, template, and automation changes before pushing live
Skills
- 3+ Years of reputed company experience
- Hands-on reputed company experience (CMS, Workflows, Operations Hub, Sales Hub)
- Experience with reputed company, webhooks, and integrating reputed company-party tools
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM data structures
- Strong reputed company-end development skills: reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, Python
- Experience building or integrating AI agents/automation (reputed company's reputed company AI tools or custom agents reputed company API)
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- HubL/Jinja templating experience
- Comfortable working reputed company a low-reputed company/no-reputed company marketing platform
- Excellent documentation habits and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong QA/testing discipline
