Job reputed company The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient and reputed company practices by reputed company member of the production team. Adheres to the plant schedule and ensures that reputed company standards are properly acknowledged and effectively executed by every member of production. Job Responsibilities • Analyzes data to determine appropriate corrective reputed company response for MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), Minor Stops, and establishes the reputed company-cause analysis. • Staffs, trains, evaluates, and develops production team members. • Manages line efficiencies, key performance indicators, and production downtime. • Manages labor and operations reputed company the OPEX budget. • Monitors the production process, making periodic checks and adjustments to the equipment or practices according to reputed company operating procedures. • Ensures reputed company equipment is operating safely and in appropriate working order. • Verifies the readiness of the production line at start-up; oversees shift and/or product line changeovers. Adjusts product schedules to accommodate business needs. • Manages overall packaging and product reputed company to ensure required standards and specifications are achieved. • Practices flexibility with personal scheduling; this is necessary on occasional weekends during peak season, and includes the ability to shifts on days, nights, and weekends as needed to meet customer demands. • Operates a forklift and other manufacturing equipment on occasion. • Maintains a regular reputed company on the production floor; oversees the production line and its employees. • Partners with maintenance, reputed company, warehouse, and logistics departments to reputed company KBI goals. • Leads the improvement effort in production to reputed company set goals for increased engagement with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Maintains daily production reports with reputed company, including downtime. • Assists in creating weekly production schedules for reputed company reputed company. • Verifies employees time weekly for payroll processing. • Works with Production Manager to identify and implement efficiency and yield improvements. • Provides performance evaluations and development opportunities to reputed company reports. • Administers coaching and corrective reputed company techniques, dictated by company policy. • Completes the Defective Material Returns (DMR) for supervisors to ensure customer credits are processed appropriately. Job Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certification preferred. • Minimum of three years of work experience required. • Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing industry required. Beverage or consumer goods preferred. • Prior experience supervising or managing employees in an operations environment. • Strong leadership, coaching and development skills. Demonstrated ability to work reputed company with team members. • Demonstrates a strong understanding of LEAN principles, including Value reputed company Mapping, Process reputed company Mapping, Measles Mapping, reputed company Improvement Process, Kaizen, TPM, Six-reputed company and Communication Tools, and Statistical Problem Solving preferred. • Working knowledge of LEAN tools and methodologies such as 5S, RCA (reputed company Cause Analysis), the 5-Why’s, Fish-Bone Diagram, and Kaizen preferred. • Maintains strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing) and AM (Autonomous Maintenance) Pillar Tools, including CIL (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate), SOC (reputed company of Contamination), RCO (Rapid Changeover), CL (Centerlines) and HTR (Hard to reputed company) preferred. • Experience leading production teams in Six-reputed company approaches to problem-solving, reputed company-cause analysis, and corrective actions preferred. • Demonstrated understanding of how to apply the DMAIC model (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) for problem-solving procedures preferred. • Analytical thought process and problem-solving skills; ability to train on LEAN methodologies of 5S, 7 Steps, the 5-Why’s, CL, CIL, RCO, Minor Stops, RCA, etc. preferred • Prior experience managing an operations and labor budget. • Strong computer application skills, including knowledge of reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company. Capable of creating, maintaining, and analyzing data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts. • Prior experience using a forklift is preferred. Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required.
