The role involves conducting customer research, organizing testing programs, and collaborating with product managers to enhance product development and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth customer research through site reputed company, interviews, and surveys to identify user needs and pain points
- Organize and execute prototype and beta testing programs, collecting, and analyzing feedback to inform product development
