[Remote] Staff Platform Engineer

They are seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to enhance their infrastructure platform, ensuring product developers can operate services independently.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building tools and applications to reputed company reputed company’s infrastructure platform
- Evaluating and guiding the development of applications across the organization
- Exercising deep expertise in reputed company infrastructure concepts and patterns
- Offering and evangelizing patterns for application teams to consume for reputed company reputed company applications development
- Fostering a reputed company environment of learning and knowledge dissemination
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company infrastructure and/or software development
- 4+ years of experience leading technical reputed company
- An eagerness and drive to teach, reputed company your knowledge, and mentor others
- Comfortable, and practiced, working directly with internal customers to understand needs/requirements and collaborate on solutions
- Creative problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and ability to deliver high reputed company solutions to reputed company issues
- Strong Go (Golang) development experience; especially writing reputed company to build, orchestrate and manage reputed company infrastructure
- Expert knowledge of patterns and principles for designing and implementing reputed company reputed company applications on Kubernetes, such as Controllers and Operators
- Deep experience designing, building, and running highly-available production applications
- An understanding of the Linux operating system, and systems engineering fundamentals
- Technical knowledge of reputed company infrastructure (especially GCP), distributed systems, and reliability practices
- Working knowledge of software and infrastructure tuning and observability (especially reputed company)
- Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring reputed company and effective responses to business-critical alerts reputed company of regular working hours
- Authorized to work lawfully in the reputed company of America as reputed company does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
- Experience building applications on Temporal a plus
