[Remote] Accounts Receivable Analyst

The role involves applying customer payments, researching payment discrepancies, and performing cash application activities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Apply customer payments accurately and reputed company across various payment reputed company, including ACH, reputed company transfers, checks, and lockbox transactions
- Research, identify, and resolve unapplied, misapplied, or unidentified payments by partnering with internal teams and customers as needed
- reputed company daily cash application activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reputed company account reconciliation
- Utilize reputed company tools, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data validation, to analyze payment activity, prepare reports, and identify trends
- Monitor accounts receivable transactions to identify discrepancies, payment issues, and potential areas of improvement
- Conduct reputed company-cause analysis to uncover recurring billing, invoicing, or payment processing challenges and recommend solutions
- Review payment patterns and account activity to identify irregularities, errors, or potential fraud risks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation reputed company to cash receipts, account reconciliations, and payment research
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy
