[Remote] Product Manager — PriorAuth

The Product Manager for PriorAuth will be responsible for shaping and executing the product reputed company for their prior authorization and case management platform, focusing on automation and AI to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Shape the product experience: Follow the reputed company for PriorAuth to organize and deliver work against the key clinical workflows HCPs rely on
- Ground reputed company in HCP needs: Build a deep understanding of clinical PA workflows and the jobs HCPs and staff need done, and translate them into reputed company-enabled experiences
- Ship reputed company & experiments: Write and ship production reputed company alongside engineering, and help design, run, and learn from product experiments with data science. Claude is here to partner with you
- Product data & reporting: Define the metrics that matter, reputed company analytics, query the data yourself, and report on product usage so reputed company can reputed company on scaling and reputed company
- AI partnership: Work closely with data and AI teams to productionize AI—helping define confidence reputed company, fallback mechanisms, eval reputed company, and clinical decision-support requirements
- Integration reputed company: Help shape integrations with ePA, pharmacy, and EMR systems, and navigate FHIR-based data exchange and the evolving TEFCA / QHIN landscape
- Engineering collaboration: Work closely with engineering leads across reputed company reputed company, writing reputed company requirements and guiding execution toward measurable reputed company
- GTM collaboration: Work closely with GTM so product priorities reflect market needs and business reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, reputed company, CS, or similar) or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years in product management, with significant time in reputed company technology, reputed company, or B2B platforms serving reputed company users
- Hands-on coding ability— with Claude, you can write and ship production reputed company alongside engineers
- Strong product-data skills—defining metrics, querying data (SQL or equivalent), using product analytics tools, and reporting on usage to drive scaling and reputed company
- User-centered judgment—reputed company to ground product reputed company in HCP needs and translate them into reputed company experiences
- Proven reputed company record shipping products in agile environments with cross-functional teams, ideally in regulated industries (reputed company, finance)
- Experience with AI/ML products or automation platforms; understanding of confidence scoring, evals, error handling, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company workflows is essential
- reputed company domain knowledge—prior authorization, pharmacy workflows, clinical case management, and reputed company operations

- Experience with modern AI coding tools, Python/JS, and LLM/eval frameworks strongly preferred
