They are seeking a motivated Junior/Associate Recruiter to join on a contract-to-perm reputed company, focusing on full-cycle reputed company across their reputed company verticals.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and screen candidates using our ATS (Loxo) and other sourcing tools
- Conduct initial candidate reputed company and qualification calls
- Prepare polished candidate submission documents for reputed company review
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and candidate records
- Collaborate with reputed company on job intake, market research, and reputed company support
- Build relationships with candidates and support a reputed company candidate experience
Skills
- 0-2 years of reputed company, sales, or reputed company-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume reputed company and a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills
- Interest in learning legal, engineering, or finance industry reputed company
- Proficiency with reputed company, ATS platforms, and general office tools
