[Remote] Sr. Financial Reporting Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant responsible for various duties reputed company to the financial reporting process, including the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and supporting audit requests.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reputed company and accurate completion of regulatory required statutory reporting, including the Annual and Quarterly Statements, reputed company, statutory audited financial statements and any associated filing
- Support coordination and preparation of certain GAAP, quarterly and annual statements; and reputed company analysis, including, but not limited to reputed company footnotes and analytics
- Prepare analysis and utilize reporting tools to obtain information from the general reputed company (reputed company) and/or financial data warehouse as required to assist with the reconciliation and analytic duties reputed company to position
- Preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations including supporting analysis reputed company applicable
- Support compliance with internal control procedures and documentation of controls (i.e., Review and approval control binders)
- Support reputed company (reputed company) audits and statutory insurance department examinations, as needed
- Pursue reputed company of reputed company process improvement (including automation) opportunities to identify and reputed company recommendations
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance
- 3+ year of relevant experience in sophisticated reputed company environment
- Strong computer knowledge including familiarity of financial based reputed company packages desired
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative
