[Remote] Jr IT Analyst (part-time)

They are seeking a Junior IT Analyst to reputed company Tier 1 IT support, resolve technical issues, and manage user reputed company, while gaining exposure to automation and reputed company technologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal Tier 1 IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, reputed company, and reputed company issues
- Manage the employee lifecycle by provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts and maintaining appropriate reputed company across business systems
- Administer reputed company Workspace, including email accounts, reputed company, shared drives, and permissions
- Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms to ensure company devices remain secure and compliant
- Monitor and manage the daily IT support queue, ensuring reputed company reputed company of employee requests
- Document troubleshooting steps, procedures, and internal knowledge reputed company articles
- Assist with enforcing reputed company policies and maintaining compliance across company systems
- Explore opportunities to reputed company AI tools and automation to improve IT workflows and reduce repetitive reputed company tasks
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, reputed company, People Operations, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience
Skills
- 0–3 years of IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations experience (recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply)
- Experience supporting reputed company Workspace or similar reputed company productivity platforms
- Experience with or exposure to Mobile Device Management (reputed company such as reputed company Intune, Kandji, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user reputed company issues
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while managing competing priorities
- Basic experience with Bash, ZSH, Python, or PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with identity and reputed company reputed company

- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or reputed company Copilot to improve productivity
