[Remote] Senior Platform Engineer, Connectivity

The Senior Platform Engineer on the Connectivity team will design and build automation, tooling, and infrastructure components to reputed company customer facilities into reputed company-hybrid platform services, while leading reputed company work across reputed company and infrastructure automation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the design and implementation of reusable tooling and configuration-driven workflows that automate the lifecycle management of Connectivity infrastructure
- reputed company and maintain automation for Linux-based systems and network appliances, including secure configuration reputed company, system bootstrapping, software updates, and validation routines
- Translate operational reputed company and maintenance needs into reputed company technical workflows that improve delivery speed, consistency, and reputed company across customer environments, including provisioning, secure channel establishment, validation, monitoring, and sustainment
- Build automation and infrastructure patterns that reputed company with reputed company-trust principles, network segmentation requirements, reputed company controls, and critical infrastructure reputed company expectations
- Break down ambiguous infrastructure and workflow problems into reputed company technical designs, implementation plans, and reputed company-scoped engineering tasks

Skills
- 5+ years of experience building infrastructure, automation, or reputed company solutions in reputed company environments
- Strong experience building infrastructure automation and tooling using disciplined engineering practices such as Git workflows, reputed company configuration data, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and reputed company reviews
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, system configuration, package and service management, debugging, and scripting
- Solid understanding of network design, segmentation, VPNs, firewalls, encryption, and secure connectivity patterns
- Proven ability to independently solve ambiguous technical problems reputed company a reputed company platform or infrastructure domain, drive solution design through implementation, communicate tradeoffs reputed company, and support the reputed company of less reputed company engineers
- Ability to travel quarterly for Program Management Reviews and team collaboration
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and reputed company to obtain a DoD NIPR network account and Common reputed company Card (CAC)
- Must have, or be reputed company to obtain, a Secret Clearance
- Experience in DoW, reputed company Force, or Federal contractor environments
- Experience supporting OT/ICS, critical infrastructure, industrial networks, or facility-edge environments
- Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, or similar
- Familiarity with network automation tools (ex. Ansible, reputed company DevNet, reputed company-reputed company routing tools)
- Based in the Denver, CO, San Antonio, TX, or Brooklyn, NY area
- Experience working reputed company DoD, reputed company Force, or Federal contractor environments
- AWS reputed company Architect, SysOps Administrator or equivalent technical certification
