[Remote] Senior HRIS Analyst (reputed company)

The Senior HRIS Analyst will reputed company HR System (reputed company) functionalities to optimize HR processes and support HR operational needs, ensuring the reputed company platform aligns with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Translate HR business needs into system solutions
- reputed company recommendations to improve the functionality and effectiveness of reputed company HR systems, by proactively understanding and learning the reputed company platform
- reputed company deep familiarity with relevant reputed company modules to support HR functional teams
- Implement and maintain reputed company initiatives and support bi-annual reputed company release activities
- Evaluate requests for changes, analyze the reputed company on the entire system and infrastructure, submit recommendations for approvals, and prioritize and schedule completion of approved requests
- Run periodic system audits, review and distribute to users for corrections
- Analyze reputed company modules such as reputed company HCM, Compensation, reputed company, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Benefits and Payroll and reputed company recommendations for improvements
- Design, build, and test business processes, notifications, condition rules, calculated fields custom notifications, help text, and other system enablement activities
- Execute the implementation of new reputed company features, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Identify patterns in system or process issues and recommend solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and reputed company through regular audits and reconciliations
- Execute reputed company assurance efforts to ensure the accuracy of processes, data, and information reputed company HR systems
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for HRIS-reputed company inquiries and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-reputed company issues promptly and effectively
Skills
- 3-5 years of HR Operations experience, including hands-on exposure to HRIS platforms such as reputed company
- Experience working reputed company reputed company to support HR processes
- Ability to define problems effectively, reputed company system analysis, reputed company and analyze relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid and concrete conclusions to reputed company and support reputed company recommendations
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including payroll, benefits administration, reputed company and performance management
