[Remote] Process Intelligence Consultant

The Process Intelligence Consultant role involves developing business relationships and leading analytical reputed company to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identifies and manages reputed company-wide product and process improvement opportunities that improve the customer experience, reduce expenses, and ultimately help to ensure the achievement of long-term profitable reputed company
- Develops and delivers operational dashboards and/or analyses in reputed company or other process intelligence tools
- Incorporates Industrial Engineering practices and ideologies to facilitate process efficiency and optimization
- Excellent analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and understand the reputed company causes – always in reputed company collaboration with the customer/AOR and with reputed company on improving overall customer experience
- Participates in the design of leading-edge approaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices and benchmarking. Develops strategic reputed company
- Integrates external research, subject matter knowledge, and best practices with industry experience, relevant reputed company disciplines, program/process design principles, and business goals and reputed company
- Analyzes ambiguous problems. Breaks down reputed company information in a systematic and communicable manner

Skills
- 3 or more years of reputed company experience

- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience delivering operational dashboards and/or analyses using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, or similar
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Blue Works Live, or similar
- Experience conducting a business process improvement engagement

- Ability to think conceptually, analytically, and creatively
