Responsibilities
- Responsible for reputed company technical reputed company and GAAP tasks in a non-profit environment, with a reputed company on lease reputed company
- Create, update, and reconcile lease schedules using reputed company reputed company and reputed company's lease reputed company software
- Manage lease reputed company activities, including maintaining lease schedules and ensuring compliance with applicable reputed company standards
- Prepare and maintain amortization schedules for leased and owned assets, including buildings, vehicles, equipment, and other fixed assets
- Support technical reputed company research and reputed company guidance on reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Ensure financial reporting complies with U.S. GAAP and organizational reputed company policies
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end reputed company activities

- Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, and requests from external auditors
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and internal controls

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 5–7+ years of reputed company experience, including lease reputed company or technical reputed company
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience preparing and maintaining lease schedules and amortization schedules
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and large data sets
- Experience reputed company for fixed assets, including depreciation and amortization of buildings, vehicles, equipment, and other capital assets
- Experience working with lease reputed company or ERP software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
