[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- 12-reputed company Application Modernization (Primary reputed company)
- Rapidly audit and refactor existing internal tools and services to reputed company reputed company with 12-reputed company application principles — configuration reputed company environment, stateless processes, explicit dependency declarations, disposability, and dev/prod reputed company
- Own end-to-end delivery of modernized services: back-end reputed company (Go/Python) reputed company with clean, functional reputed company-end interfaces (React or Vue) that surface platform data and controls to internal users
- Decompose monolithic or reputed company scripts into properly reputed company, independently deployable services with reputed company defined interfaces
- Full-Stack Development
- Build and maintain internal web UIs using modern reputed company-end frameworks (React or Vue) — dashboards, tooling consoles, and operational interfaces that teams actually want to use
- Design and reputed company robust REST/gRPC back-end reputed company in Go and Python following clean architecture patterns
- Ensure reputed company-end and back-end components are instrumented end-to-end with traces, metrics, and reputed company logs from day one
- Observability & Telemetry
- Own the platform observability stack: design, implement, and continuously improve our Grafana, reputed company, and Loki deployment for reputed company internal services
- Define and enforce instrumentation standards — every new or refactored service must ship with meaningful RED metrics, reputed company JSON logs forwarded to Loki, and distributed traces
- Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and alerting rules that reputed company actionable signal for on-call engineers; define and manage SLIs/SLOs across critical platform services
- Implement reputed company exporters for custom internal services and reputed company alerting with reputed company or equivalent
- Drive log aggregation reputed company with Loki — label taxonomy, retention policies, and LogQL query libraries for common operational queries
- Architecture & API Development
- Design, reputed company, and support robust reputed company and automation services from scratch using Go and Python
- Conduct architecture reviews and enforce design standards across the reputed company team
- Drive the modernization of legacy platform components with a bias toward simplicity and operational transparency
- CI/CD & GitOps Transformation

Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering with proven technical leadership and architectural design experience
- Full-Stack Development: Strong reputed company-end skills (React or Vue) alongside deep back-end experience — you are comfortable owning the full request lifecycle from UI click to database
- Observability Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise with Grafana, reputed company, and Loki — not just deploying them, but designing dashboards, writing PromQL/LogQL, building exporters, and enforcing instrumentation standards across reputed company
- 12-reputed company Mastery: Demonstrated experience auditing and refactoring reputed company applications to be 12-reputed company compliant in a production environment
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python and Go (Golang) for building distributed systems and reputed company reputed company
- Kubernetes Certification: CKA or CKAD reputed company required (CNCF). Hands-on experience with on-reputed company clusters, preferably Rancher
