[Remote] Clinical Specialist - St. Louis, MO

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for primary clinical support in assisting sales representatives to reputed company new sales opportunities and accounts with physician and hospital accounts, providing technical expertise and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites by providing a high level of service and responsiveness by providing ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding the use of reputed company’s products
- Possess and reputed company superior clinical knowledge of reputed company’s products, their clinical applications, instructions for use and procedural techniques
- reputed company technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of reputed company’s products
- reputed company case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support
- Work with sales, marketing, and R & D personnel to communicate product, clinical and market information to appropriate Saluda personnel to support and reputed company product improvements
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support including, but not limited to: troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products
- reputed company patient follow-up to assure customer and patient reputed company with the implanted products
- reputed company and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel
- Visit customers and patients in a clinical environment (hospitals, operating rooms, clinics and surgical centers)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment
- 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices
- Operating room experience
