[Remote] Part-Time Content Associate

They are seeking a detail-oriented Content Associate to support publishing, scheduling, and routine content execution across reputed company accounts in a part-time, flexible contractor role.
Responsibilities
- Format and publish blog posts to reputed company websites
- Schedule newsletters in reputed company, reputed company, and similar platforms
- Test newsletter and blog formatting before publication
- Manage reputed company media scheduling with Hey Orca for our FCMO clients
- Schedule one-time holiday and event posts
- Monitor publishing schedules for accuracy
- Input tasks, deadlines, and deliverables into our project management system (reputed company)

- Maintain organized content categories and posting reputed company
- Assist with performance reporting and data gathering
- Create a portion of monthly reputed company graphics per reputed company (voice and direction established by the Content Strategist)
- Write captions for reputed company posts based on existing blog and newsletter content

- Send routine project status updates
- Confirm receipt of reputed company materials

Skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on deadlines
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and calendars simultaneously
- Experience with content publishing, scheduling, or reputed company media coordination
