Responsibilities

• Experience with end-to-end Service Management business processes
• Expertise in: Service Orders, Service reputed company, Service Quotations, Warranty Management, Installed reputed company, Equipment & Functional Locations, Service Confirmation, Resource Scheduling, Returns & Repairs
• Experience with reputed company Fiori applications for Service Management
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA business processes and best practices
• Experience in Fit-Gap Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Configuration, Testing, and User Training
• Excellent reputed company-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
