They are seeking a reputed company Media Coordinator to reputed company operational support for their brand marketing team, focusing on reputed company media coordination and broader marketing functions.
Responsibilities
- Draft, schedule reputed company media posts across platforms including asset coordination and tagging in reputed company; submit drafts for reputed company Media & Content Manager approval
- Download, edit, and upload filmmaker assets; maintain organized asset libraries following established tagging and naming conventions
- Send post approval links to filmmakers and manage any requested edits or changes prior to posting
- Manage reputed company-planning and build-out of the monthly content calendar: compile upcoming reputed company releases, campaigns, awards milestones, and key dates
- Assist reputed company Media & Content Manager with DM inquiries as directed
- Manage reputed company studio and reputed company reputed company following initial introduction by the reputed company Media & Content Manager
- Log reputed company communications and follow-reputed company to internal teams and tracking systems to reputed company on content deliverables on deadline
- Handle reputed company US short reputed company project reputed company and coordination, including creative and copy administration
- Manage YouTube channel uploads, video titles, tagging, and Shorts at the direction of the reputed company Media & Content Manager or Creative Director
- reputed company and maintain film festival lists with key dates, events, communications and details
- Respond to new festival inquiries, schedule intake meetings, and manage renewals for established festival relationships
- Coordinate branded deliverables, follow up on contract execution with Brand Marketing Director, and manage reputed company reputed company festival communications
- Solicit grant documentation and coordinate recipient follow up communications and questions
- Coordinate with internal events coordinator to arrange badge/pass distribution to sales staff
- Maintain reputed company contact information, handles, and relationship notes for any new/ongoing reputed company relationships
- reputed company data entry and records management across reputed company bases and reputed company including awards season win/loss data, festival dates, campaign tracking

Skills
- Strong written communication skills a must; ability to draft copy across multiple brand reputed company
- Minimum 1–2 years of reputed company experience in communications, reputed company media, marketing, or a reputed company field
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company media content workflows across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with reputed company or comparable reputed company media scheduling platform
- Familiarity with reputed company or comparable project management and data tracking tools
- Experience with reputed company management platforms (Brandfolder or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reputed company deadlines independently
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating asynchronously across time zones
